So I have FC on my Facebook page, and I noticed something.

PARC is going to use the Nightmare Mine as the new haunted house.

BIG... NO-NO!

If you guys remember, I have always stated that if that building were to be used as a haunted house, it would make for a very, very, very, short haunted house. It only has 1 level, which would be good for about 4-5 rooms.

The haunted house in the concert area is already short enough, compared to the one that used to be in the campground across the parking lot, but now they got to make it even shorter, and charge a 5 dollar fee on top of your ticket price, to enter? That's just bogus. Pure bogus.

HOWEVER!... I will say that if PARC were smart, they would find a way to make this an extension on the haunted house that's already in the concert area. That would make for a really long haunted house, and I would welcome the extra 5 dollar price of admission into the haunted house.

Imagine... The line is where it always has been. You enter the same way you have for the past decade or so. You go through the haunted house, and at the end, you enter a long hallway made up of all of those black panels, that lead you down the stairs leading into the Nightmare Mine, and go through a few final rooms.

I could see that being Oklahoma City's best haunted house, and it would easily attract attention, as people mention it to their friends.

One can only hope PARC knows what they're doing.

Like I've stated before here, I liked it when they had the thing across the street, in the old campground.

It wasn't covered in so much fog, that it made it impossile to be scary, because you could actually see. It was also around a mile long, which made for a very long haunted house, with a mix of indoor and outdoor scenes.

If they can't put it there, they should make the one inside the park longer, with less fog. People being able to see their surroundings might make it a bit scarier.

The park should play Halloween music through the parks speakers, like they used to.

Love the spooky dance show.

They should make all lights in the park orange or red, like they did before. Anything to add to the park's creepiness.

Again though, anything to add to the atmosphere, but definately make the haunted house longer and with less fog.

So Frontier city's full time season is coming to an end and that means in a little over a month Frightfest starts. What kinds of things would you like so see frontier city do during frightfest this year and what did you like that they did in years past?
